S P Kanitkar & Company is located over in the Neelkamal Complex, specifically in 103 B on the 205 Zone 1 side of M P Nagar. Being in Bhopal, especially in this part of town, means things are always pretty active outside our windows. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The office isn't one of those glass-and-steel places you see in magazines. It's just a regular workspace where we get our daily business handled. We spend a lot of time at our desks with the windows shut to keep the dust out. M P Nagar is the kind of place where you can find anything, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in Zone 1. We keep things pretty simple around here. No big meetings or anything like that. Just the staff doing their jobs and keeping the files in order. It’s a practical setup. We know the neighbors in the complex and everyone just goes about their day. Bhopal is home, and M P Nagar is where the work happens for us. If you're walking around the complex, you'll see our door. It’s a quiet spot once you get inside, despite the noise of the city. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place to work from and stay busy.
