Ruby Traders

Ruby Traders is over on Berasia Road, specifically at number 06 in Haneef Colony. If you’ve ever driven down Berasia Road, you know how hectic it can be with all the trucks and the dust. Our little spot in the colony is where we keep everything running. It’s a basic shop floor with a small area for us to sit and talk to customers. We trade in different goods, so the inventory changes pretty often. One week we might have a lot of one thing, and the next week the shelves look totally different. It’s just me and a couple of guys helping out. We don’t have a website that works right or any fancy marketing brochures. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone in the market. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy moving stock to worry about that. We open early because that’s when the deliveries start coming in. By the afternoon, the heat gets a bit much, so we keep the fan running full speed. It’s a straightforward business. We buy things, we sell things, and we try to be honest about what we have. It’s been our life for years, and we know most of the regulars by their first names. Haneef Colony is a tight-knit place.
