R.M. Global Consultancy Private Limited

R.M. Global Consultancy Private Limited is based out of Tikuriya Tola in Satna. Our office is actually House Number 291 on Dilaura Road, which falls under Ward Number 45. It’s a busy part of town. The house itself is a bit older, and we’ve converted part of it into our working space. Satna is a dusty place, especially with all the movement on Dilaura Road, so we are always cleaning the windows. It’s a family-style environment here. We don't have those cubicles you see in movies. Instead, we have a couple of big rooms with tables shoved against the walls. We have been here for a good while now. People in the ward know us by name, which is nice. The 485001 area is where we grew up, mostly. It feels right to run the business from a place that feels like home. There is a lot of noise from the street during the day—vendors calling out and bikes zooming past—but we’ve grown used to it. We keep a teapot going most of the afternoon. It’s just a handful of us managing the consultancy stuff. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re in a skyscraper. It’s just a regular house with a lot of files and a few computers. We get the work done without making a big scene about it.
