We've been working out of Sadhana Enclave in Adarsh Nagar for a while now. Most days it's just us handling panels and getting things set up for folks who want to switch over to sun power. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the gear and talk to people about their roofs. We started Rising Solar India Pvt. Ltd. because it seemed like a good way to work and things have just kept moving since then. Sometimes the weather makes the jobs take a bit longer, but we get there eventually. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the wires are all connected right. People around here know where we are if they need to stop by and ask a question. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we’d rather just be out on a job site actually doing the installation. It’s a lot of climbing and checking connections. We deal with the paperwork too, though that's not the fun part of the day. If you walk by Adarsh Nagar, you might see our trucks parked outside. We try to keep things straightforward. No one wants a complicated explanation when they just want their lights to stay on. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn’t with these systems. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the job at hand and try to do right by the people who call us.
