Rilabh Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is out in Dhar, at Plot No- CL-317 in the Housing Board Colony. This neighborhood is usually pretty quiet, which is nice because we can focus on what we are doing without too much noise from the street. We have a good-sized plot there where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. It is mostly about distribution and keeping the inventory moving. Dhar isn't as big as Indore, so things move a bit slower here, and we actually prefer that pace. We spend our mornings checking what came in the night before and our afternoons getting orders ready. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. Sometimes the local kids play cricket on the street outside, and we have to be careful when we are moving the van. Our setup doesn't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a workshop where we happen to handle medicines. There are three of us usually, and we take turns handling the customers who drop by. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s a basic life, and we are happy with how things are going. The office could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway.
