Rathore Hardware Stores

Our hardware store is located at House No. 35 on Sultania Road. We are right in the middle of the Budhwara Market, very close to Charwati Square. This is a very old part of the town, and the streets around us are quite narrow and usually very crowded. You can’t really drive a large car through this area easily without getting stuck. We have all sorts of hardware items piled up from the floor all the way to the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside the shop, but we have lived here so long we know where almost everything is kept. The market outside is always loud with people shouting and drivers honking their horns to get through. We have been in this house for a long time, and the shop takes up most of the ground floor space. It is a family-run kind of thing. We don't really have outside employees, just the family members taking turns behind the counter to help people. Sometimes we sit out on a small wooden stool in front of the door when there aren't many customers inside. You get to see everything that happens at Charwati Square from our front step. It is a busy life, and there is not much downtime during the day. We don't do any advertising. People just know we are here because we have been in this spot forever. We sell everything from small nails to heavy tools.
