Rajeev Prakashan

We've been here at Moti Masjid for a while now. Sultania Road gets quite busy, especially near that big overhead water tank. Most people just use the tank as a landmark to find us. It's a bit of a crowded spot but we like it here. Rajeev Prakashan handles a lot of different titles. It's mostly paper and printing work day in and day out. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We keep things simple. If someone walks in looking for something specific, we try to help out if it's in stock. Being right across from the tank means we never have to give complicated directions. Just look for the big tank and the masjid and you're basically here. It’s mostly just us working through stacks of books and manuscripts. There’s always coffee or tea going somewhere in the back. It’s a local business, nothing more. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. We just focus on what's in front of us. It’s been that way for years. People know us in this part of Sultania Road. We try to keep the shelves organized but it’s a constant battle with all the new arrivals coming in. There are piles of paper everywhere sometimes. But we manage to find what we need eventually. It is just the way we work.
