Raj Clinic

Hamidia Road is a busy place, and that’s where you will find us. We have been operating on Hamidia Road for quite a while now. The street is always full of vehicles and people moving back and forth constantly. Our place isn’t very big, but it’s right in the thick of things. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the city. The clinic is basically just one main room divided by a simple curtain. It’s practical and easy to manage for a small team. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because that’s not what people come here for. They just want to be seen and get their medicine so they can go home. We keep a big water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty while they wait. The walls are covered with a few old calendars and some health posters that have been there for years. It’s a very functional space. During the monsoon, the rain hits the metal roof so hard we have to talk a bit louder to be heard. Hamidia Road can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but we like being where the people are. We don’t have a lot of rules here, we just ask people to be patient if there is a wait. It’s just us doing our part.
