Radiant Travels Pvt Ltd is located in room 243-B at Krishna Palace. We are right in the middle of M P Nagar in Bhopal, specifically across the street from DB City Mall. Because the mall is so huge and well-known, we never have to give complicated directions to anyone. Our office in Krishna Palace is pretty basic. It has got all the stuff you would expect in a travel agency like computers, some old maps on the wall, and plenty of chairs for visitors. Being right opposite the mall means there is a constant stream of people and traffic outside our window. It is a very lively part of town to work in. We spend our days handling various travel requests, from simple bus tickets to more involved holiday plans. It is just a regular office environment where we drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with all the emails coming in. We don't have a polished corporate image or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to get their travel sorted out. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there are delays or cancellations to deal with, but that is just part of the job. We have been here for a while and we plan to keep doing things exactly this way.
