Our place, Home Care Services, is at No. 241 in Rachna Nagar. We are quite close to M. P. Nagar Zone- 1, which is a busy part of town. The office is just a regular house that we use for business. It feels more comfortable that way. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. Since we do home services, the office is mostly a base for us. There are always people coming and going, mostly staff members heading out to jobs. We have a small table where we sit and go over the schedule for the next day. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and supplies we keep on hand. Rachna Nagar is a decent neighborhood, and being near Zone-1 makes it easy for us to get around. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, it’s just one of us answering calls while trying to fix a piece of equipment. The floor is made of old tiles and we have a fan that squeaks a bit. It’s an honest setup. We don’t put on airs. We just try to make sure the work gets done and the workers know where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of logistics and common sense. That’s what a typical day looks like for us here. We usually close up once the last team reports back in the evening.
