We have been running things from Arera Colony for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Baghira Apratments in H/10. It’s a quiet spot, but Bittan Market is just right there, so it's easy for people to drop by when they need to talk about their projects. We handle various consulting tasks here. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and meetings. It’s not a fancy office, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the traffic around E/5 gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we like being in this part of Bhopal. We started this because we knew there was a need for some straightforward advice in the area. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local regulations and how things work around here. If someone comes in with a problem, we sit down and look at the details until we find a way forward. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of the small things that others might miss. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we've stayed put in the same building. We keep our files organized and our door open during regular hours. There isn't much to say other than we work here and we try to be helpful. It’s a simple setup. We drink a lot of tea and spend our time on the computer or on the phone making sure everything is moving along as it should.
