I opened Pihu Cosmetic And Gift Center in Shop No 4 of the Palak Complex a while back. We are right in front of the Sai Mandir in Neharu Nagar, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are around here. I wanted to have a place where people could pick up daily makeup items or a quick gift without needing to travel to the bigger markets. The shop is small and sometimes the boxes pile up a bit when new stock arrives, but it’s part of the job. I keep a lot of different things like lipsticks, creams, and small toys or decorative pieces for birthdays. Neharu Nagar is a nice area and the people around here are mostly regulars who stop by after their temple visit. It gets quite busy on some evenings, especially during festivals when everyone is looking for something special. I handle most of the daily work myself, from cleaning the glass counters to talking with the suppliers. It’s not a fancy or polished showroom, just a simple neighborhood shop. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that is just how things go. I try to stock items that are useful and affordable. If you are walking through Neharu Nagar, you can’t miss us. We are just doing our own thing here, day by day, and I am glad to be part of this little community around the temple.
