Pavilion Restro And Lounge

Pavilion Restro And Lounge is situated at B122 in Indra Vihar Colony. We are right off the Airport Road. It’s a nice spot because it’s not right in the middle of the heavy city noise. We have a few tables inside and some space out front. The lighting is a bit dim because that’s how we like it. We started this place because we wanted a spot where people could just hang out. It isn't a five-star hotel or anything. We have a kitchen in the back where we cook the food. Sometimes the smell of spices fills the whole colony. The staff is mostly local kids from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the music isn't too loud for the neighbors. On weekends it gets a bit more crowded. We have to bring out extra chairs sometimes. The menu is written on a chalkboard. We change it when we feel like it or when we run out of something. It’s a relaxed kind of place. We don't wear uniforms. Just whatever is comfortable for work. We’ve had some good nights here with people staying late to talk. The Airport Road can get busy, but inside Indra Vihar, it’s mostly quiet. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in. It’s a simple living and we enjoy meeting new people every day.
