Parihar Spice is located in the Lal Ghati area. We are quite close to the Collector Office, which means there’s always a lot of people and vehicles moving around nearby. Lal Ghati is a well-known spot, and being near the government offices keeps the area busy. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. There are bags of spices everywhere, and the floor is usually a bit dusty from all the movement. Working near the Collector Office means we see all sorts of people walking by throughout the day. The smell of our spices often drifts out into the street, which is a nice change from the usual city smells. We don't use any high-tech systems; it’s mostly just us weighing things out and keeping track of orders in a notebook. The building is older, with thick walls that stay a bit cooler in the summer heat. We have a small back room for storage where it’s a bit darker and quieter. Most of our day is spent talking to people who drop in or managing the stock that comes in from the farmers. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the spice bins full and the orders moving. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the layout over the years. That is how we operate daily.
