Pal Kirana And General Store is located at Shop No. 3 in Rohit Nagar, right on the Zilla Parishad Road. We are very close to the Laxmi Ganesh Mandir, so we see a lot of people passing by on their way to the temple. Our shop is a typical neighborhood kirana store where we sell the daily essentials that people need for their kitchens and homes. It is a small space, but we make the most of it by stacking goods all the way to the ceiling. You can usually find us sitting behind the counter, waiting for the next person to come in for a kilo of sugar or a packet of biscuits. The road outside can get a bit noisy with the local traffic, especially during festival times when the temple is busy, but we like the energy of the area. We have been running this store as a simple way to make a living and serve the local families in Rohit Nagar. There is nothing corporate about how we operate. If we are out of something, we just tell you, and we try to get it in the next delivery. It is an honest, straightforward kind of work. We know which families like which brands, and we see the local kids grow up as they come in for sweets over the years. It is just a regular life in a busy part of town.
