The shop is located at Shop No 40 in Kasturba Market, right in the BHEL area. It's a busy part of town, and being in Habibganj means there is always someone coming or going. We do both the tent setups and the food, which means our days are usually twice as long as everyone else’s. One minute we are hauling metal frames for a canopy, and the next we are checking on the large cooking pots in the back. Kasturba Market is a place where everyone knows their neighbors, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people just passing through. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff and the kitchen duties. We don’t really do fancy advertising because the word of mouth around BHEL is usually enough to keep the calendar full. It gets a bit cramped in the shop when all the equipment is back from a job, but we make it work. Sometimes we’re out late at night tearing down a stage, and other times we’re up before the sun to start the stoves. It's a messy, loud, and tiring way to make a living, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. The address is easy to find if you’re familiar with the market layout. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
