Nextinco Private Limited is based out of Vijaynagar, right near the Padmakar Police Chouki. We’re set up at Neelam Ajay Singhai’s place. It’s a familiar spot for us and easy enough for people to find if they know the landmark. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just focusing on the work we have in front of us. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular office space where we can get things done. We don't really go for fancy titles or complicated ways of doing things. We just show up, look at what needs to be finished, and get to it. Being near the police chouki means everyone knows the area well. Vijaynagar is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We like the energy of it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. We started Nextinco because we wanted to have our own thing and handle projects our own way. It’s been a lot of learning as we go. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just seeing our name around. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then we do it. It’s a simple way to run a business.
