New Morya Masale

New Morya Masale is run right out of House No. 358 in the Lalghati area, not too far from Halal Pur. It is more of a home-style setup than a big factory, and that shows in how we do things. We use the space we have to keep everything moving. Most days, you can hear the sounds of the work from the street. We don't have a fancy sign or a big lobby for visitors. If you come by, you are probably going to walk right into where the action is happening. There is usually someone busy with a bag or a scale, and the whole place smells like the ingredients we use. We are just local people who decided to start something in our own neighborhood. We don't have a corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done next. The house gets a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work. We have grown to know our neighbors well, and they are used to the activity at our door. It is a simple, hardworking life where we focus on the task at hand. We don't worry about being polished or looking like a big brand. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we keep things running smoothly.
