We are on the ground floor of Kwality Parikrama in M.P. Nagar Zone 1. It’s a busy part of Bhopal. We are right opposite the My FM office, which helps people find us. Being on the ground floor is handy because nobody has to mess around with stairs or lifts, especially when they are carrying a lot of folders. The office stays pretty busy most days. M.P. Nagar is always full of people and cars, so it’s a lively place to be. We have a few rooms here where we sit and go through all the paperwork that comes our way. It isn't a silent office; there's usually a phone ringing or someone talking about a file. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and looking at the list of things to finish. Some days we are here late when there is a lot to catch up on, but we don't mind the extra hours. We deal with whoever walks in or calls. It’s a straightforward way of working. Bhopal is a good city and M.P. Nagar is the heart of it for business. We see a lot of the same faces around the building every day. It’s a community of sorts with the other office workers and the tea stall nearby. We just keep our heads down and do our tasks.
