Geolink Survey

You can find us at Shop No. 14 and 15 in the Alark Arcade. It is right on Airport Road, so we hear the planes taking off and landing all day long. We do land surveys and mapping work. Most of the time, our gear is packed in the back of the car because we are out in the field somewhere measuring boundaries or checking levels. When we are actually in the office, we are usually hunched over maps or trying to get the data into the computer. Alark Arcade is a decent building, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare when it is busy. We have two shops joined together to give us enough room for our tripods and stuff. It is a bit messy with cables and equipment everywhere, but we know where everything is. The Airport Road area has grown so much lately. We remember when there were fewer buildings around here. Now it is always buzzing. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. People just call us when they need a plot measured or a map made. It is honest work and it keeps us outdoors quite a bit. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get the readings right, so we have to go back and do it again. That is just how it goes with surveying. We like being near the airport even if it is noisy. It feels like we are in the middle of things.
