From the front desk to the rooms in the back, things are set up to be functional. We have been at this location for some time now, and we have become a fixture of the area. People know the address when they are in trouble. We try to keep things organized, even when three or four people come in at once. It can get a bit chaotic, but that is just the way a trauma center works. There is always the sound of wheels on the floor or a phone ringing somewhere. We do not pretend to be anything other than a medical center. It is hard work, and the shifts can be draining for the nurses and the support staff. But we stay at Arora ColonyE-3/23Arora Colony because this is where we are needed. Every day brings something new, and we just handle it as it comes.
