Narmada Trauma Centre Pvt Ltd is located at E-3/23Arora Colony. It’s been here for a while, and the neighborhood usually knows us by the sign out front. Being a trauma center means the work is pretty steady and often quite serious. We don’t have much use for long meetings about vision or anything like that. Instead, we spend our time checking supplies and making sure the beds are ready. The staff here works long hours, and we drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the night shifts. Arora Colony is a good place to be, and being at E-3/23 makes us accessible to anyone who needs us in a hurry. You’ll find that the atmosphere is practical and a bit rushed. That’s just how it is when you’re dealing with accidents and urgent health issues. We don’t try to make the place look like a hotel because it isn’t one. It’s a medical facility where the priority is the equipment and the people using it. Sometimes we run out of chairs in the waiting room, and we have to bring some in from the back. It’s a real place with real problems and hard-working people. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. Then the next shift comes in and does it all over again without much fanfare. It is just the way we live.
