Operating Narmada Trauma Center Pvt. Ltd. out of E-3/23 Area Colony keeps everyone on their toes. It is one of those places where you never really know what the next hour is going to look like. One minute it is quiet, and the next, there is a lot of noise and people needing help immediately. We keep the doors open and the lights on because that is the nature of a trauma center. It is a plain building, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done. The staff is mostly locals who know the streets around Area Colony well. We spend a lot of time checking monitors and filling out paperwork, which is the boring part of the job that no one sees. Most of the time, we are just trying to make sure everyone who comes in gets seen. It gets loud in the hallways sometimes when things are moving fast. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or bright paintings. The floors are tile because they are easy to clean, and that is what matters in a place like this. E-3/23 is a familiar address for many people around here now. We just stay focused on the patients and the clock. There isn't much more to it than that. Day after day, we just keep the cycle going. Sometimes we get tired, but that is the reality of medical work.
