Narmada Hospital

Arera Colony is a nice part of town, and we are located at E-3/23. It’s more of a residential area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. The hospital fits right into the neighborhood. It's a white building with some green plants out front that we try to keep watered. I’ve been working at the desk here for a few years. Most of the people who come in are from the colony or the nearby blocks. It feels a bit more personal here because we see the same families quite often. The waiting room has some old wooden chairs that are actually pretty comfortable. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute I'm filing papers and the next I'm helping someone find the right room. The doctors are usually in and out throughout the day. We keep the windows shut to keep the dust out, but you can still hear the birds in the trees outside. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the back for tea. Things move at a steady pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital, just a reliable one for the people living nearby. It’s a simple setup and it has worked for us for a long time. We just stay focused.
