Ishaan Builders Developers

Ishaan Builders Developers is based at 228, Zone 1. It is a pretty standard office setup where we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Zone 1 is usually buzzing with activity, and our office is right in the middle of it. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. Building things is messy work, and even though we are in the office, we often bring the dust back with us from the sites. You might see us wearing boots and carrying rolls of paper more often than not. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we don't mind it much. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for hours just to figure out a small detail about a project. The coffee here isn't great, but it keeps us going during the long afternoons. We've been at this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is just a group of us trying to stay busy and do a decent job for the people who hire us. Every day is a bit different depending on which project is moving forward. We just focus on the task in front of us until the sun goes down.
