Our office is at Plot No. 266 in Ashok Vihar Colony, right in the Ashoka Garden area. Mien Online Solution Private Limited is basically just us working out of this space to handle online tasks. It’s a local operation, and we don't have any branches in other cities or anything like that. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and we knew a bit about how the internet works. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do whatever needs to be done. Sometimes that means fixing a website, and other times it means cleaning the office. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. The colony is a nice place to work, relatively peaceful compared to the main roads. We don't have a marketing budget, so we don't have fancy brochures or catchy slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s been a slow and steady process getting to where we are today. We've had some long nights where we ordered food and stayed until the work was finished. That’s just the reality of a small business. We like the independence it gives us. If you’re looking for a group of people who are just regular folks doing online work, that’s us. We stay focused on the job at hand and try to stay out of trouble in Ashoka Garden. It’s not a fancy life, but it works for us.
