The second floor is usually quiet enough for us to focus on our service work. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who need assistance. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the pieces fit together. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to function. We have a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time and a few plants that we try to keep alive. Most of our day is spent answering queries and filling out forms. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign in lights. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. We have a few regulars who come by, and we’re always meeting new people too. It's a steady job and we're glad to have a place in such a central part of Bhopal.
