Manorchard Street Realty Private Limited is tucked away in Village Sajawalpur, specifically in the Tola called Sujabalpur. We are based out of Ali Raza’s place in the Srimat Pur panchayat area. It’s a very local operation, far from the city noise and the big office towers. Most of what we do involves the land around these villages. We don't have a big sign outside or a website with lots of photos. It is mostly just us sitting in the village office talking to folks about their plots and what they want to do with them. It can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is home. We know the boundaries of the fields and who owns what going back a generation or two. My cousin helps with the records because he’s good with the computer, but mostly we use paper notebooks. It’s the kind of place where you have to walk or take a small bike to get through the narrow paths between the houses. People usually just drop by when they see the light on. We don't have set hours like a bank, we just work until the day's tasks are finished. It is a quiet life here in the panchayat, and we like keeping the business simple and straightforward for the people who live in Sajawalpur and the surrounding areas. We’ve lived here our whole lives, so we care about the ground we walk on and the people we deal with daily.
