Namah Plastic Industries

Our place, Namah Plastic Industries, is located right in Mandideep. We are just across the road from the City Hospital, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are coming into town. We work with plastics all day, mostly focused on the manufacturing side of things. The machines can be quite loud, so it’s a noisy environment inside the shed, but we are used to it by now. It isn't a very big operation, just a handful of us making sure the production stays on track and the orders get loaded onto the trucks properly. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we know most of the people working in the shops nearby. Sometimes the traffic near the hospital gets a bit heavy, which can make it a struggle to move the bigger shipments out, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and that we get it out the door when we said we would. Most of our days are spent checking the molds and keeping the floors somewhat clear of scrap. It’s practical work, nothing too complicated to explain. If someone walks in from the street, they will usually find us in work clothes, probably busy with a machine or talking to a driver. That is just how it goes for us here in Mandideep every day.
