Mandal Agroidea Private Limited is located in Dhurgaon. We are in Ward 04 of the panchayat, near the Narsinghbagh post office. It’s a small place but it’s where we do all our business. We aren't some big city firm with a bunch of floors in a glass building. We are right here in the village where the work actually happens. The post office is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We started this company to work on different agro ideas and projects in the local area. Most of the people working here are from around Dhurgaon or the nearby villages. We know the soil and we know the water situation around here. It’s honest work, even if it gets exhausting sometimes. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing people. We’d rather spend that on getting things done for the business. You can usually find someone at the office during the week, unless we are all out in the fields or at a meeting. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem, we talk it out and fix it. That's just how we do things in Ward 04. It’s a local operation for local needs, and we like it that way. If you’re passing through Narsinghbagh, you’ll probably see us around the area. We just keep our heads down and do our best with what we have.
