It’s a central location, so it’s easy for people to drop by when they’re in the area. We aren't a big chain with offices everywhere. It’s just this one place where we do everything. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to some other parts of the city, which we like. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of experts. It’s just us. We handle the cars, the schedules, and the customers who walk through the door. Some days are slower than others, and that’s just how business goes. We use simple English and talk to people directly. No need for complicated stuff when you just want a ride. We keep our paperwork in order and make sure our vehicles are ready. Malviya Nagar has a nice feel to it, and being at number 79 makes us easy to spot. We’ve built this up bit by bit. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don’t promise the moon, just a decent service for the people of Bhopal. If there’s a problem, we fix it ourselves. That’s the benefit of being a local shop.
