Our office isn't much to look at, just a few rooms with desks where we talk to people about job openings. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and calling up companies to see what they need. It’s not a corporate recruiting firm with fancy suits. We are just regular people trying to help other people find work. Sometimes the office gets really full with folks waiting to talk to us, and it can get a bit loud. Being behind the talkies means we hear a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We have a lot of tea and coffee while we work through the applications. M.P. Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central and easy for people to reach. We don't make any grand promises, we just look at the skills people have and try to find a match. The furniture is a bit old and we could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway. We’ve been at Plot 220 for a long time now and we know the local job market pretty well.
