Laxminath Kalpana Mills Private Limited is located out on Bistan Road. If you know where the Tata Motors showroom is, we are right near there, sharing space with Kushal Fibers in Gram Khatwas. It’s a bit outside the main town, which gives us the room we need for the mill operations. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Dealing with cotton and fibers is what we do every day. It’s dusty work, and the machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once. We don't have a big corporate office in the city; we prefer being right where the production happens. Gram Khatwas is a quiet area otherwise, mostly fields and other small industrial units. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the fiber is being processed correctly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We all just show up, do the shift, and head home. The heat can be tough in the summer months, but we just manage. We handle things in a very traditional way, focusing on the output and making sure the quality is decent enough for our buyers. It’s a straightforward business. No fancy talk, just mills and fibers and the daily grind of keeping the gears turning. We keep the machines oiled and the floors as clean as a mill can be. It is a steady life out here on the road.
