Ak Enterprises

Ak Enterprises operates out of M 1 in Karishma Apartment, which is on Plot No. 394. This is in Sarvadharm Sector B on Kolar Road. It’s a bit different because we are located within an apartment complex, so it feels more like a home-based office than a cold, industrial space. Kolar Road has grown so much lately, and there is always a lot of activity in Sector B. Being in Karishma Apartment makes it easy for us to maintain a quiet work environment while still being close to the main road where all the action is. The office is basically one of the ground-floor units, so people can just walk up to the door. We have it set up with our desks and a small area to sit and talk. Most of our work involves managing various enterprise tasks and keeping our records straight. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small, dedicated group of us. Living and working in the same general area means we know the neighborhood well. We often see the residents of the apartment going about their day while we are busy with our files. It’s a practical setup that saves us a lot of commute time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist, you just come in and talk to whoever is at their desk. It’s a simple way of doing things that suits us just fine.
