We have our office set up at number 52 in the Hotel Taj building on Hamidia Road. It’s a well-known area in Bhopal, mostly because we’re right opposite Manohar Diary. If you’ve ever stopped there for sweets or snacks, you’ve probably seen the building we are in. Hamidia Road is always bustling with people and traffic, and it’s one of those parts of town that feels like the heart of everything. We’ve been here for a long time. Our space inside the building is functional. We have our desks, our files, and our regular routine. It’s not a fancy modern office block, but it has a lot of character. Being in an older building means things aren't always perfect, but we like it that way. The sounds of the street come up through the windows, and you can always tell what time of day it is by how busy it sounds outside. We often see people crossing over from the dairy with their bags of food. We know the other tenants in the building quite well; it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. Our work keeps us busy, but we always find time to chat with the regulars. We don’t go in for big displays or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s a solid, reliable place for us to be, right in the middle of the Bhopal action. We’ve grown accustomed to the noise and the constant movement of Hamidia Road.
