Kastoorba Hospital

Kastoorba Hospital is located in Habibganj. The area is quite busy, and the hospital is tucked in there among the other buildings. It’s been around for a while, and you can tell by the way the floors look a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them to come here. Inside, the hallways can be a bit narrow, and you have to dodge the trolleys and equipment being moved around. The staff is usually wearing their scrubs and moving with a sense of purpose. We have a small area where people can wait, and it's often filled with families. Sometimes the smell of lunch from the nearby stalls drifts in through the windows. It’s a very human place. You see people at their best and their worst. We have doctors who have been here for years and know the routines by heart. It’s not the kind of place that wins awards for interior design, but that isn't why people come here. They come because they need help, and we do our best to provide it with what we have. The sounds of the city are always there in the background, reminding us of the world outside the hospital walls. It is just another day of work for us in Habibganj.
