Kalpana Tent & Catering Service

Kalpana Tent & Catering Service is located at G 68 Sahakari Parisar in Kalpana Nagar, near Peergate. We do a bit of everything when it comes to local gatherings. We have the tents and the catering gear all in one place. It makes things easier for people who don't want to call ten different businesses. Our daily routine involves checking the stoves and making sure the tents are clean. We are a small crew, mostly family and a few helpers from around Peergate. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’re likely talking to the same person who will be there setting up the tables later. We’ve been at Sahakari Parisar for a long time now. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the neighborhood. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy bags of rice and hauling metal poles. Sometimes we’re working late into the night to get a stage ready for the next morning. We don't use fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who saw us at a neighbor’s wedding or a local festival. We just try to keep things simple and make sure there is enough food for everyone. It’s a busy life, especially during the peak months, but we enjoy being part of the community here in Kalpana Nagar. We just focus on the job at hand and getting it done right.
