It is just a place where we sit and work on travel arrangements and tour plans for our customers. Most of the people who come to us are from around here or have heard about us from their friends. We have been in Sultanbad for a good while. The office has a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. It is a quiet street usually, which we like. We don't use any fancy software or corporate systems. We just do the work ourselves, one booking at a time. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to ask about a trip or just to say hello. It makes the day feel a bit more personal. Kotra is a nice place to be based. We are close enough to the main parts of Bhopal but far enough away that it isn't too hectic. Joy Travels & Tours is just a small operation, and we are happy with that. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
