We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. Since we are in a colony, we get a lot of locals walking in, which is nice because you start to recognize the people who live nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous hospital in India. We just want to be a place for the people here in Bhopal. The hospital has a practical layout. We have the usual rooms for patients and some space for the doctors to do their consultations. It’s a private limited company, so there are directors and meetings, but most of the time is just spent on the floors seeing patients. We don't go in for all that corporate talk about visions or missions. We just have a job to do, and we do it every day. The atmosphere is generally busy, especially in the mornings when the clinic is full. Arera Colony is a good place for us because it’s central and people know how to get here without much trouble. We just keep our heads down, do the medical work, and try to keep everything organized at E-5/47. It’s a simple setup for a serious business. The street outside is usually lined with scooters and cars as the neighborhood goes about its day.
