Indo Education And Services Foundation is located in Flat Number 01 of the Sita Building. That’s at 4 Y. N. Road in Indore. It’s a very central spot, which is great for us getting around the city. The office is on the ground floor, so people can just walk right in from the street. It isn’t a huge space by any means. We have a few desks crammed in and a small corner with a couple of chairs for guests. The Sita Building is an older structure. You can tell by the heavy doors and the way the windows are built. We like being here because everything we need is just a short walk away. Our staff is small, just a few people handling the various requests that come in. We don't go for the corporate look, so no suits or ties here. It’s a relaxed place to work. You’ll often see piles of papers on the desks when we’re in the middle of a big project. We just try to stay on top of the emails and the phone calls as they come through. There is no real hierarchy here. Everyone pitches in with whatever needs doing, whether it's filing or talking to a visitor. It’s just a practical way to manage things. We’ve been here a while and we’re quite happy with our little ground-floor office.
