You can find us at Pipaliyapendey Khan in Saket Nagar, near the AIIMS area. We are operating out of Janhavi Dwivedi’s house. It’s a very local, neighborhood-based setup. Since we are a Nidhi company, it makes sense to be right where the people live. We don't have a big corporate office with elevators. It is just a regular house where we’ve set aside some space for the business. We take in savings from our members and provide them with credit when they are in a pinch. Most of our members are people from right here in the Saket Nagar area. We spend the day going over the books and talking to people who come by to make their monthly payments. Being near AIIMS means there is always people moving around the neighborhood. We keep our records in big binders and try to keep everything as organized as possible. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes if too many people show up at once, but we manage. We don't have any fancy marketing. We just talk to our neighbors and tell them what we do. It is a simple way for people to help each other out with money. We’re just regular folks doing a job that helps the local community keep their finances in order. We usually have the radio playing softly while we work. It is a comfortable place and we like working here every day.
