Icci Computer Academy

If you are around Chetak Bridge in Bhopal, you’ll find Icci Computer Academy at 66/B in Kasturba Nagar. We are located right opposite the Patrika office. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of movement, which is nice because it keeps things interesting. Our place isn't very large. It’s basically a room full of computers and some old wooden chairs. We’ve been here for years, and some of the monitors are probably older than they should be, but they still work just fine for what we need. We teach people how to use computers, from the basics to some of the more complicated stuff. The staff here consists of just a few of us who actually enjoy tinkering with technology. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to customers. We just treat people like neighbors. Sometimes the noise from the bridge gets a bit loud, especially during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lighting. We’d rather just make sure the internet is working and the software is updated. It’s a practical little spot. Students come in, do their lessons, and we chat about the news or the weather. We aren't trying to change the world. We’re just here to help the folks in Bhopal get a bit more comfortable with their screens. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
