You can find us at the Minal Shopping Mall on J K Road in Govindpura. We are in unit FF-57, which is up on the first floor. Being in a mall makes it easy for people to find us, though it is not one of those giant new malls. It is a bit more of a local shopping center. We are near the Cipet building, which is a good landmark if you are driving over. The clinic itself is a modest space. We have enough room for a few people to wait comfortably and a private area for our work. We have been here since the mall was relatively new. It is a bit quieter up on the first floor compared to the ground level shops. Most of our days are spent checking our stock and talking with patients who come in from the surrounding residential areas. We do not have a lot of staff, so usually, you will see the same one or two people every time you visit. We keep things pretty informal. There is a desk with a lot of books on it and shelves full of various bottles. It is not a sterile-looking place; it feels more like a small office. We try to keep things moving along so no one waits too long, but we also do not like to rush. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork, but we catch up eventually. It is just how it goes.
