Heg Limited

Working out of Mandideep Industrial Estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. Heg Limited is right in the middle of all that activity. You can hear the sounds of trucks and machines pretty much all day long. It’s an industrial area, so it’s dusty and can get very hot in the summer months. We have a big space here to handle all the materials we deal with. Most of the guys here are used to the heavy work. We wear our uniforms and keep things moving according to the schedule. It isn't a glamorous job but it is steady. We have a small area for the office staff but most of the action is on the floor. People come and go through the main gate all day. We try to keep the equipment in good shape because everything depends on it. There is a lot of routine involved in what we do at Mandideep. We start early and stay until the shift is done. It’s a busy place with a lot of moving parts. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about the output or the supplies coming in. It’s just how things are in an industrial zone. We’ve been here a long time and we know the neighbors well enough.
