We are over at Hawk Fashions Pvt.Ltd., which is at No. 13 on the 2nd Floor of Chaitanya Market on Hamidia Road. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the main street noise, but Hamidia Road is always busy anyway. Chaitanya Market is a place where a lot of business happens, and we are just one part of that. There is quite a bit of space for our stock. Most of our day involves looking at invoices and checking the clothes we get in. It’s more of a workspace than a fancy showroom. Desks and racks are all mixed together. Big marketing speeches don't happen here. We just handle the garments and make sure they get to where they need to go. It can get a bit stuffy up here, so the windows stay open when the weather is nice. Our small team has been working together for a while now. The walk up the stairs keeps us active. Polished mission statements aren't our thing. Getting the work done without making mistakes is the goal. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. It’s just a normal business day for us on Hamidia Road. Keeping things moving and staying organized amidst all the boxes and hangers is what we do. We take a lunch break around two when the market slows down just a little bit. It's a lot of work but it's okay. We keep some extra lights on when it gets dark outside.
