Hardev Hospital is on Plot No 59 on the Main Road in Bairagarh, Bhopal. Being on the main road means we are easy to find, but it also means there is a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. Bairagarh is a lively area and we are right in the thick of it. The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper; it's a more grounded building that has been part of the landscape for years. We handle a variety of medical cases every day. The morning starts early here with patients lining up. We have a small team of staff who have been with us through thick and thin. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers on either side of us and the people who live in the houses behind the main road. The interior is simple and functional. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy furniture. The focus is always on the beds and the medical equipment. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, especially on Mondays. We just try to manage the flow as best as we can. Bhopal is a growing city, but Bairagarh still has that community feel where everyone knows everyone.
