H & A Consultants

You can find H & A Consultants at Plot No. Sb-34/35 on Kolar Road. We are quite close to the Sarvadharma Colony, which is a big landmark for us. Our office is on a decent-sized plot, so we have a bit of space. We call ourselves consultants because we spend a lot of time giving advice to people who aren't sure what to do with their land or their money. Kolar Road is a busy area, and there is always something being built or sold. We’ve seen the whole place change from empty fields to all these colonies. We keep a lot of maps on the walls and plenty of files on the shelves. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don’t wear suits or use fancy language. We just talk like normal people. Most of the time, we are busy checking land titles or meeting with folks who want to move into Sarvadharma Colony. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. We go out to the plots to make sure the boundaries are right and that everything is as it should be. It’s a steady kind of life. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. People know the sign on SB-34/35. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth usually brings people in. We just try to be fair and get the job done without too much fuss. It is a good way to earn a living.
