Gulabrai & Sons Infra Private Limited

Our family has been around the Hamidia Road area for quite a while. Gulabrai & Sons Infra operates out of the first floor at F-143 in Bhopal Plaza. It’s a typical office building, nothing too special to look at, but it’s where we do all our planning. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with heavy machinery and site supervisors. Working on Hamidia Road is always loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't really into the flashy side of business. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the steel and concrete are where they should be. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us, especially during the monsoon, but we keep pushing through. We have a small team in the office at Bhopal Plaza who handles the bills and the legal stuff. The rest of us are usually out on the road. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our window. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We value the relationships we have with our workers and the people we build for. It’s just how we’ve always done things. No big speeches, just showing up every day and doing the work as best as we can with what we have.
