Lee Vedla Industrial Corporation is based at No. 12/A in the Industrial Estate of Govindpura. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s all about business. There are factories and sheds everywhere you look. Our place is one of the older ones in the estate. We’ve got high ceilings and some old fans that hum all day. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we just keep the doors open and get on with things. There’s always a bit of grease or dust on the floor because that’s just the nature of an industrial estate. We aren't here to look pretty; we’re here to work. Most of us have been coming to this same spot for years. We know the tea stall guy at the corner and the security guards at the main gate. The 12/A sign is a bit faded now, but it’s still there. People usually find us by the sound of the machines or just by asking around. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out all the time. Sometimes the noise is a lot, but you get used to it after the first week. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is loaded properly. It’s a straightforward life here at Lee Vedla. We show up early, work hard, and lock up when the sun goes down. No big corporate meetings here, just plain hard work for everyone in the shop.
