Our place is over in the Govind Pura Industrial Area, specifically in D Sector at number 24-4. Being in an industrial zone means it is always noisy and there is always something moving around. We spend our days surrounded by laboratory equipment, metal parts, and lots of packing foam. It is not the cleanest environment, but it is where things get made and repaired. We have been here at Bansal Laboratories Equipments for a long time. The floor is concrete and there are tools scattered on the workbenches. We deal with all sorts of lab gear that schools and research places use. Sometimes we have to spend hours checking a single piece of glass or a meter to make sure it works right. The overhead lights hum a bit, and there is always the smell of machine oil in the air. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our visitors are delivery drivers or people picking up orders in big vans. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back where the equipment is kept. It’s a busy spot and we usually have a few projects going at once. We don’t really do sales pitches; we just show people the equipment and tell them how it works. It is straightforward work in a very practical part of Bhopal where everyone is just trying to get things built.
